Career Class in CSIA

The high school admission for third-grade middle school students is approaching in June, just as the severe heat begins. This implies that third graders should begin to confirm their career choices. Students in CSIA are offered a career subject once a week, with a separate curriculum and activities for each grade. First and second-graders also benefit from activities such as career surveys used to choose their career prospects.

This June, third graders participated in career FameLab activities. FameLab is an activity in which students select a topic for a lecture and deliver it to others. Students chose lectures based on their own professional goals. Some students who had already decided their academic paths attended lectures from foreign universities. Also, some other students who took thorough notes of a lecture stood out. They were able to observe aspects of actual college life; several friends reported feeling accepted into their dream university and assiduously attending real classes. Famelab video does not require many long limits, but it was helpful to comprehend the lecture material completely and arrange it by ourselves. Making content on their own and imparting it to others were very meaningful. Additionally, concentrating on a single topic affected significantly since it allowed a deep examination of a particular notion.

Students can have the opportunity to learn communication skills, creativity, and visual expression skills. Throughout their three years of middle school, they were able to produce lots of their work and took part in a variety of activities related to career paths. It is hoped that students can go a step closer to their dreams by taking career classes in CSIA and examining one’s qualities.
